BAKED SWEET POTATOES 
1 lg. can (2 lbs., 8 oz.) sweet potatoes, drained
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4-5 tbsp. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Scald milk, add vanilla, sugar and butter to mashed sweet potatoes. Add milk to mixture, grease casserole, layer potatoes and marshmallows, cook until hot. Put marshmallows on top and brown on 350 degrees.
