SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 med. sweet potatoes (cooked in jackets)
1 stick butter
1/2 c. white sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. evaporated milk
2 whole eggs
Cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla to taste

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 stick butter
(1 c. chopped nuts)

Melt butter in casserole and pour over mashed sweet potatoes. Add other ingredients and pour into casserole dish.

Mix topping ingredients together on low heat. (Add nuts last.) Pour over filling and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
