SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE | |
1 lg. can sweet potatoes, reserve 1/2 c. juice Potatoes 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. juice 1 or less c. white sugar 3 eggs 1 c. (or less) butter, melted (reserve 1/2 c. butter) Mix ingredients and pour into 9 x 9 inch greased dish. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Crush 3 cups Corn Flakes, add 1 cup pecans. Stir into remaining butter. Sprinkle on top of sweet potatoes. Bake another 15 minutes. |
