WILD RICE SOUP 
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp & crumbled
3 tbsp. minced onion, cooked
1 c. Velveeta cheese, diced
Salt & pepper to taste
2/3 c. wild rice, cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can evaporated milk or 1 2/3 c. regular milk
Black olives, sliced (optional)

Combine all ingredients except bacon. Heat until cheese melts and mixture is heated through. Stir in most of the bacon crumbs. Garnish with the rest of the bacon bits or sliced black olives.
