WILD RICE SOUP 
1/4 c. uncooked wild rice
1 c. water
1 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion
2 c. milk
1 can cream of potato soup
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can chicken

Prepare rice; set aside. Saute onion and butter. Add water, milk and soup. Increase heat and stir. When mixture is hot, add cheese in chunks. When creamy, add cooked wild rice and chicken.
