“GENA'S KICKIN' CHICKEN DIP” IS IN:

GENA'S KICKIN' CHICKEN DIP 
2 chicken breasts
1 (8 oz.) bottle hot wing sauce (FRANK'S® Red Hot Buffalo)
1 (8 oz.) tub whipped cream cheese
1 env. ranch dressing mix (HIDDEN VALLEY®)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese (preferably cheddar)

Boil chicken breasts and cut up into small pieces (the best way to do it is to put it in the food processor).

Spread cream cheese on the bottom of a glass baking dish. Distribute the cut chicken over the cream cheese evenly. Pour ranch powder over chicken. Then pour the hot wing sauce over the ranch powder. Then distribute shredded cheese evenly over the top of the ranch powder.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350°F.

Serve with Fritos or tortilla chips. Breadsticks are also very good for dipping.
