PINEAPPLE CHESS PIE 
4 whole eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. meal
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 unbaked pie crust

Slightly beat eggs and add sugar, flour and meal. Mix, then add melted butter and milk. Add crushed pineapple. Pour in unbaked crust and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until pie is set and brown on top.
