“ROMAINE WITH TURKEY AND DRIED CRANBERRIES” IS IN:

ROMAINE WITH TURKEY AND DRIED
CRANBERRIES
 
1/4 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
2 tbsp. light mayonnaise
1-1/2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 hearts romaine, chopped
1/2-inch thick slice smoked turkey, diced
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup dried cranberries

In a small bowl, blend whole cranberry sauce, mayonnaise, vinegar, and mustard. In serving bowl, add romaine lettuce, turkey, pecans, and dried cranberries.

Drizzle with dressing.
