1 jar Ortego salsa
1 pkg. (2 c.) shredded cheddar cheese
1 lg. tub soft cream cheese

Spread bottom of quiche dish with cream cheese. Pour salsa over cream cheese. Sprinkle top with cheddar. Bake at 325 degrees (uncovered) for 40 minutes.
