BROCCOLI - BEAN SALAD 
2 heads broccoli
1 lg. can red kidney beans
1 c. cheddar cheese, cubed
4 or 5 green onions, including tops, chopped
1 bottle Italian dressing (Zesty or Robusto)

Cut broccoli flowerlets into bite-size. Rinse beans and drain well. Combine all ingredients and marinate in dressing several hours or overnight.
