BROCCOLI SALAD | |
1 lg. broccoli bunch 2 med. tomatoes 1 sm. can of sliced black olives 1/2 med. onion 1 sm. bottle of low-fat Italian dressing Cut broccoli into flowerets. Lightly steam broccoli. Cut tomatoes into small wedges. Cut 1/2 onion into slices. Combine steamed broccoli, tomato wedges, onion slices, olives and Italian dressing. Mix well. Cover and chill overnight in refrigerator. Serve chilled. |
