CHILI FOR HOT DOGS 
1 lb. ground hamburger (chuck is too dry)
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water

Saute onion in 2 tablespoons butter. Add hamburger and brown, stirring to keep meat crumbly. Add tomato sauce, water, chili powder and salt. Simmer 30 minutes. Freezes nicely.
