BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 head broccoli (flowerettes only)
Sliced olives
Sliced radishes
1/2 c. olive oil
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. salt & pepper
Tomatoes
Pignolia nuts
Feta cheese

Marinate the broccoli, sliced olives, radishes, in 1/2 cup olive oil, 3 tablespoons Red Wine vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper for at least 6 hours. Before serving, add pignolia nuts, feta cheese, tomatoes.
