POTATO BURGER PIE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. plain dry bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tsp. Wyler's or Steero beef flavor instant bouillon
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Fisher Ched-o-mate or Pizza-mate shredded cheese substitute
1/2 c. chopped onion

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine meat, crumbs, egg, ketchup, bouillon and pepper; press on bottom and side rim of 9 inch pie plate.

Combine potatoes, onion, mushrooms and 1/2 cup cheese substitute; spoon over meat. Cover; bake for 45 minutes. Pour off fat. Top with remaining 1 1/2 cups cheese substitute; bake 5 minutes longer or until melted. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
