FUNNEL CAKES 
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. oil

Mix eggs, milk, flour, powder and salt. Beat smooth. Pour through funnel into 2 cups of hot oil. Brown 1 side, then turn over and brown the other side. Drain into paper towels and dust with powdered sugar.
