1 lg. pkg. yellow cake mix
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
2 sm. can mandarin orange with juice or 11 oz. can with 4 tbsp. juice reserved

Mix above ingredients for cake. Bake in 9x13 inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

ICING:

1 lg. Cool Whip
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, drained

Mix pudding with drained pineapple; let set 15 minutes. Then add to Cool Whip. Do not use mixer. Spread on cool cake. Keep refrigerated.
