1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges, with juice

Mix all ingredients well and pour into 3 well oiled and floured layer pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 16 to 18 minutes.

ICING:

1/2 c. Baker's Cookie Coconut
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
15 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple, with juice
10 oz. carton Cool Whip
1/2 c. nuts

Mix all icing ingredients well, but don't beat. Spread between layers on top and sides. Keep in refrigerator. Freezes well.
