1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges & juice

Mix and divide into 4 or 5 round cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple & its juice
1 (7 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix ingredients in above order and spread between layers and on top. Keep refrigerated.
