4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 box yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges, undrained

Mix and make in 3 layers. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.

ICING:

1 lg. carton Cool Whip
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained

Mix dry pudding and pineapple together. Add Cool Whip. Put between layers and cover cake. Keep refrigerated.
