1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges and juice
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. chopped walnuts

Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool completely before frosting.

FROSTING:

1 (3 3/4 oz.) box French vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice

Mix together. Frost and refrigerate until set.
