1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. oil
1 sm. can mandarin oranges (juice & all)

Beat all ingredients together and bake according to directions on cake mix box. Cool.

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 sm. can crushed pineapple drained
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding

Mix together and spread on cooled cake.
