1 yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. almond extract, optional

Mix well. Fold in 1 cup chopped almonds or walnuts and 1 whole almond or 1 whole walnut. Whoever gets the almond has good luck!

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes in greased tube pan.
