1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges and juice
4 eggs
1 c. nuts
1/2 c. Crisco oil

Mix all ingredients together except nuts and oranges. Fold in cut-up oranges and nuts. Bake 3 layers at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

ICING:

1 lg. vanilla instant pudding
1 lg. can crushed pineapple and juice
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 c. nuts

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
