MEXICAN WEDDING CAKES 
1 c. butter, soft
1/4 - 1/2 c. 10X sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1-2 c. nuts, ground

Cream butter and sugar until smooth. Add salt, vanilla, flour and nuts. Shape into crescents or balls. Bake at 325 degrees for 10-12 minutes. While still warm, roll in powdered sugar.
