MEXICAN WEDDING CAKES 
1 c. butter
6 tbsp. powdered sugar
2 c. sifted flour, less 2 tbsp.
1 c. nutmeats, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift powdered sugar and flour together. Add creamed butter. Mix well and add flavoring and nuts. Roll dough into round balls. Bake at 350-375 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until delicate brown. Cool and roll in powdered sugar.
