MEXICAN REFRIED BEANS 
1 lg. glass jar pinto, mixed beans, etc., mashed with potato masher
1/4 - 1/2 c. bacon drippings
1 tsp. salt (opt.)
1 med. onion, cut in sm. pieces
1 tsp. cumin or less to taste or chili powder if preferred

Heat, stirring frequently until heated through. Sprinkle with cheese if desired. Delicious with tacos.
