1 lg. onion, diced
1 stick butter
1 (28 oz.) bottle ketchup
2 heaping tbsp. mustard
6 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
Salt to taste
6 tbsp. brown sugar

Saute onion in butter until golden brown and tender. Add rest of ingredients, one at a time, stirring completely after each addition. Simmer on low, low heat for 1 hour.
