CHEESE POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns (1 bag)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. container sour cream
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, sprinkled on top

Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
