HOLIDAY CHEESE POTATOES 
1 (24-26 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Mix ingredients together in order listed. Place mixture in 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

TOPPING:

2 c. corn flakes, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted

Combine ingredients. Spread over potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until bubbly.
