HAM ROLLS 
rectangular shape thin ham slices (find in lunch meat section)

CREAM CHEESE FILLING:

cream cheese
dairy sour cream
Worcestershire sauce
onion & garlic salt
hot sauce (optional)
chopped green onions (optional)
chopped olives, shredded cheese or whatever can be added

Soften cream cheese. Add dairy sour cream to get desired consistency. Add any other spices and Worcestershire sauce as desired.

Roll out the ham slices and spread with cream cheese layer. Spread cheese layer close but not to edges... will ooze out a little. Roll up... Refrigerate for at least an hour. Cut into desired lengths.

Note: Can insert a toothpick with olives, etc. or just serve as finger foods.
