HAM ROLL UPS | |
3 (9-inch) flour tortillas 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese 1/4 cup dairy sour cream 6 rectangular slices boiled ham (6x4-inch) 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives or sliced green onions 1/4 cup shredded cheddar, Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese tomato salsa (optional) Have the tortillas at room temperature. Soften the cream cheese, and combine with the dairy sour cream. Spread on the tortillas. On each tortilla, place two slices of ham. Sprinkle with the chives and cheese. Roll up and wrap in plastic wrap, and chill for at least 3 hours. To serve cut in 1-inch slices. If desired, serve with tomato salsa Submitted by: Judy Brannock |
