HAM PICKLE ROLL UPS | |
Before beginning, be sure to pat dry pickles and ham slices with paper towel to remove excess moisture. Depending on size of pickle spears, you may want to slice each spear in half long ways. 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 jar dill pickle spears (your favorite) 1 (1 lb.) pkg. sliced, cooked deli ham (16 slices) On a piece of ham, spread a layer of cream cheese. Place a pickle spear on the short end of the ham piece and roll the ham slice tightly around the pickle. Slice the ham/pickle roll into 5 to 7 pieces depending on size preference. Recipe yields anywhere from 80 to 110 pieces depending on the size of the cuts. Submitted by: Holly M. |
