HAM & CHEESE ROLL UPS | |
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs.cream cheese 1 (5 oz.) can smoked ham (Hormel) 1 pkg. thin tortillas 1 (15 oz.) jar of your favorite salsa (or use fresh) Let cream cheese come to room temperature. Open canned ham, drain and shred with a fork. Add ham to cream cheese and mix thoroughly. Spread mixture generously onto tortillas (the number and size of the tortillas used will depend on how thick you apply). Roll tortillas up and cut in even slices. Place a toothpick in each, if desired. These are served with a dish of salsa for dipping... and are WONDERFUL! Do no omit the SALSA... it really does make the difference!
