SUPER CASSEROLE 
1 c. raw brown rice
2 c. cooked ground beef, drained
1 c. sliced onion
2 c. grated carrot or sliced potatoes or combination
1/2 tsp. basil
2 c. tomato juice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. wheat germ (optional)
1 c. grated sharp cheese

In oiled 3 quart casserole, arrange ingredients in order given -- rice on bottom, etc., cheese on top. Bake, tightly covered, 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
