ARTICHOKE AND CHEESE DIP 
1 (8 oz.) can artichokes
1 (4 oz.) jar marinated artichokes
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
6 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 1/2-2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Drain and chop artichokes. Mix together, spread in greased 2-quart baking dish. Seed and dice (small) green chilies. Scatter over the top of artichokes. Spread mayonnaise over top. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes and serve hot with tortilla chips.

NOTE: Can be made ahead and cooked right before serving.
