SAUSAGE CREAM CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1 (16 oz.) tube Jimmy Dean sage sausage
1 bunch green onions

Scramble fry sausage until no redness remains to meat. Drain. Add to softened cream cheese. Add sliced green onions to taste. Mix all three ingredients well. Form into ball. Chill. Serve with your favorite crackers.
