SAUSAGE-CHEESE BALLS 
1 lb. pork sausage
10 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
3 cups Bisquick

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Grate cheese and mix together with sausage. Blend in Bisquick by hand. Roll into 1/2-inch balls.

Bake on lightly greased baking sheet for about 10 minutes.

Makes about 200.

These can be frozen in plastic bags; when ready to serve, heat in 300°F oven for 10 minutes.

Serve warm.
