GUACAMOLE MOUSSE 
3 1/2 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1 1/4 c. cold water
3/4 c. mayonnaise
6 avocados
3/4 c. picante sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 med. onion
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
2/3 c. fresh lemon juice

Soften gelatin in cold water, then heat. Blend remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth and combine with gelatin. Spoon into greased individual molds and chill. Yields approximately 1 1/2 dozen.
