GUACAMOLE SUPREME 
2 med. sized avocados
1 sm. chopped tomato
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. minced garlic
Juice of 1 lemon or lime
Salt to taste
Green taco sauce to taste

Coarsely mash the soft, ripe avocados. Add tomato, onion, garlic, juice (lime gives a "fresher" taste) and salt. Mix in green taco sauce until desired "hotness" (green sauce helps keep a nice green color). Bury one of the avocado seeds in the bowl to reduce darkening of the dip. Serve with salted crisp tortilla chips, corn chips or snack crackers.
