GUACAMOLE SURPRISE 
10 oz. pkg. frozen asparagus (cooked in microwave)
1/2 c. picante sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. oregano
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 tsp. cumin
2 tbsp. yogurt or sour cream
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Fresh cilantro (to taste)

Put in blender or food processor and process until smooth. Serve chilled.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
