CHEESE PUFFS 
1 loaf bread, trim off crusts & cut into cubes
3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 lb. sharp cheese
1/2 c. butter
2 egg whites, beaten stiff

Melt cheese and butter in double boiler. Fold in egg whites. Dip bread cubes into mixture and place on cookie sheet. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
