CHEESE PUFFS 
1 loaf French bread, cut in cubes
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 c. butter
1/2 lb. soft cheddar cheese
4 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Combine cream cheese, butter, and cheddar cheese. Heat over double boiler until melted. Remove from heat; fold in egg whites.

Dip bread in warm mixture until well coated. (I use ice tongs to hold bread easily.) Bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Serve hot.

Can freeze in bags after baking. Delicious!
