CHERRY CRUNCH CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 can cherry pie filling
1 c. oil

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
3 tbsp. melted butter

Mix flour, sugar and baking powder together. Add oil, eggs and vanilla to dry ingredients. Butter a 9 x 13 inch pan and put 2/3 of the dough. Cover with cherry pie filling. Put remaining dough on top of the fruit. Cover with the topping. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until done.
