BROCCOLI PUFF 
4 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can cream chicken soup
6 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 beaten eggs
1/4 c. dry stuffing
1 tbsp. butter

Cook broccoli and drain. Place broccoli on bottom of 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Stir together soups, cheese, eggs and mayonnaise. Stir well and pour over broccoli.

Combine butter and stuffing and crumble atop mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2-2 hours until set.
