COTTAGE CHEESE YEAST ROLLS 
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1/2 c. lukewarm water
2 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, slightly beaten
4 1/4 c. sifted flour

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Heat cottage cheese until lukewarm. Stir in sugar, salt, baking soda, eggs and yeast mixture. Gradually add flour.

Place in greased bowl, let rise to double (about 1 1/2 hours). Punch down and turn dough onto floured surface.
