HOMEMADE YEAST ROLLS 
Dry Ingredients:

dissolve 1 pkg dry yeast in 1/4 c warm water
5 c plain flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp sugar

Mix dry ingredients in bowl.

Wet Ingredients:

1 c oil
2 c buttermilk
dissolved yeast

Combine wet ingredients well. Add dry ingredients a little bit at a time (not too dry).

Drop into flour; roll. Drop into greased baking pan; roll. Let rise 1 hour.

Bake on 400°F for 15-20 minutes.

Melt 1 stick of butter; brush onto tops.
