HOMEMADE YEAST ROLLS | |
2 c. warm water 1 pkg. yeast 1/4 c. sugar 5 tbsp. oil 7 c. sifted plain flour Dash of salt Mix all ingredients, except flour. Work in flour slowly. Cover with towel; let rise in warm place for about 2 1/2 hours or until high rise. Pinch down and cut out; place in greased pan and let rise again about 2 1/2 hours. Heat oven to 350 to 400 degrees. Bake until brown. |
