NEW YORK CHEESE CAKE 
Crust:

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar

Mix ingredients together and press crust into greased spring form pan.

20 oz. (2 1/2 pkgs.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 lb. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Cream the cream cheese with sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat in sour cream. Add vanilla and lemon juice. Pour into graham cracker crust.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Turn off oven and leave for 1 hour. Cool 8 hours before serving. Add any topping you like.
