“BARBECUE CUPS” IS IN:

BARBECUE CUPS 
1 lb. lean hamburger
3/4 cup smoked barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. minced onions
1 can refrigerator biscuits
3/4 cup grated cheese (Cheddar, Colby)
1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated

Brown hamburger and drain. Add sauce, brown sugar and onion. Press biscuits into greased muffin tin. Work up the sides to form a cup. Pour meat mixture into biscuit cups.

Bake at 400°F for about 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheeses on top. Return to oven until cheese melts.
