7-UP CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
4 large eggs
3/4 c. salad oil
1 box vanilla or pineapple instant pudding
1 (10 oz.) bottle 7-Up

Combine and beat well the cake mix, eggs, salad oil and pudding mix. Add, beating well, bottle of 7-Up. Pour into well-greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

Bake in 350°F preheated oven for 45 minutes.

Topping:

2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 stick butter
1 (No. 2 or 13 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 can coconut

To eggs, add flour, butter, pineapple and sugar. Cook until thick, stirring constantly, over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in coconut. Pour while warm over warm cake.
